Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This may be done without giving a reason.

  1. Please return the product(s) you wish to return within 14 days to FB Fulfilment Warehouse attn. Frances Falicia Osloweg 93A, 9723BK, Groningen
  2. Please include a note with your return shipment with your name, address and order number so that our customer service can process your return.
  3. The return costs are for the customer. (please email us your track and trace code klantenservice@FrancesFalicia.nl)
  4. Once we have received your return in good order (unused) we will inform you by email and refund the amount. (this process will take approx. 3-5 working days)
