Through our careful selection of jewelry and materials, we guarantee high quality and we are happy to offer a good guarantee and aftercare. Since 2016, it is mandatory for web shops to report that any complaints can be reported to the European ODR platform. Because we have a webshop quality mark, we are also obliged to provide this information to you. That is why we have created a separate page to inform you about this and below we provide more information.
If you have a question or complaint, please send an email to email@example.com. We will of course handle and resolve your question as soon as possible. (Always check your spam box because it is possible that our response ends up in your spam box) If for some reason this does not lead to a solution, we as a webshop are obliged to inform you that you can report your complaint elsewhere. It is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
