Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. You don't need to provide a reason for this.
- Please return the product(s) you wish to return within 14 days to FB Fulfilment Warehouse attn. Frances Falicia Osloweg 93A, 9723BK, Groningen
- Please include a note with your return shipment with your name, address and order number so our customer service can process your return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Feel free to email us your tracking code at klantenservice@FrancesFalicia.nl)
- As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will inform you by email and refund the amount.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
