Webshop software

Our webshop is developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. FrancesFalicia.nl has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. FrancesFalicia.nl is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. FrancesFalicia.nl uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Web Hosting - Shopify

We purchase web hosting and email services from Shopify. Shopify processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Shopify has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Shopify is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.

Email & Mailing Lists - Shopify

We send our email newsletters with Shopify Mailing. Shopify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is automatically sent via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by Shopify. Shopify uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Shopify reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context. While shopping, we keep a record of your email and the contents of the shopping cart for a maximum of 30 days on our server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your shopping cart if you change devices or have to come back another day.

E-mail and mailing lists - Yourhosting

We use the services of Yourhosting for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Yourhosting does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors - Mollie and Shopify payments

We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's service for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted under the statutory terms.

Reviews - WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping & Logistics - FB Fulfilment

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of FB Fulfilment to carry out deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with FB Fulfilment. FB Fulfilment uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that FB Fulfilment uses subcontractors, FB Fulfilment will also make your information available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting - Tribus Financial Services

We use the services of Tribus Financial Services to maintain our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and place of residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. Tribus Financial Services is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Tribus Financial Services does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Security Logs

The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are logged conditionally to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific types of attacks.
