Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This is allowed without giving a reason.

  1. Send the product(s) you want to return within 14 days to FB Fulfillment Warehouse Attn. Frances Falicia Osloweg 131 9723 BK Groningen
  2. Please include a note with your return containing your name, address and order number so that our customer service can process your return.
  3. The return costs are for the customer. (feel free to email us your track and trace code customerservice@FrancesFalicia.nl)
  4. As soon as we have received your return shipment in good order (unused), we will inform you by email and refund the amount. (this process will take approximately 3-5 working days)
